Birmingham dog track bought by Galliford for resi conversion

Regeneration specialists Galliford Try Partnerships has acquired Hall Green Stadium for £13m with plans to convert the former dog track into a residential scheme.

Birmingham City Council’s planning committee has already approved plans to convert the 10.77 acre site, which hosted racing for 90 years, into a 210-home development. This also includes affordable homes and public open space contributions.
