BL signs raft of lettings in Storey flexible workspace schemes

Exchanging ideas: Appold Studios in Shoreditch is operated by Storey

British Land has signed a series of lettings within its Storey flexible workspace schemes, including the first Storey deals at its Paddington Central, Regent’s Place and Ealing Broadway locations.

A total of 88,000 sq ft of Storey workspace is now let or under offer, taking occupancy for the brand to 77%.

These new lettings, which include existing and new British Land customers, are as follows
