Blackcircles letting takes Rockspring's Tanfield to full occupancy

Rockspring has completed the final letting at its 1 Tanfield offices in Edinburgh, with online tyre retailer Blackcircles.com taking a suite to bring the 190,846 sq ft building to full occupancy.

Tanfield is a grade A office space split over three floors, 90% of which is leased to occupiers operating in the TMT sector, and it’s held within Rockspring’s UK Value 2 Fund.

The 10-year lease of suite F5 to Blackcircles follows the completion of a refurbishment programme which delivered a new reception area, break out areas for co-working, as well as new showers and locker rooms for occupiers.
