BMO Property Growth & Income Fund has increased its direct property exposure by £23.8m after acquiring five assets across the Midlands and South East.
The fund has bought offices in Croydon and Windsor for £6.15m and £7.14m, and industrial units in Leamington Spa, Harlow and Tunbridge Wells costing £10.2m, £11.3m and £6.25m respectively.
