BNP PRE gains Gann as senior director for IIG team in Hong Kong

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed James Gann as senior director within its International Investment Group (IIG) team based in Hong Kong with a remit to support growth in UK investment.

Gann has been appointed to reinforce BNP PRE’s presence in Asia and enhance options for clients based in the region looking to invest in UK real estate following last year’s acquisition of Strutt & Parker.
