BNP sells Kensington hotel for private client

The Exhibitionist Hotel

BNP Paribas Real Estate has sold The Exhibitionist hotel in South Kensington, London, on behalf of a private trust client for £10.6m to an undisclosed buyer.

The 37-bed freehold boutique hotel on Queensberry Place was sold for 15% over asking price, reflecting a net yield of just over 2%. It is the first time the freehold of the property has been sold for over 75 years.
