BOA leaps into New Cavendish Street to complete WELPUT lettings

WELPUT 101 New Cavendish St

WELPUT has secured two landmark tenants in the British Olympic Assocation and US flexible office specialist Knotel to take its 101 New Cavendish Street mixed-use building to fully let.

The British Olympic Association (BOA), GB Snowsport and the British Paralympic Association (BPA) have taken 10,689 sq ft on a 10-year lease in a move it said will support planning ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

Alongside that, New York-based Knotel has continued its London expansion by taking the 23,078 sq ft fourth floor at the building, on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £65/sq ft. In October, Knotel made a series of lettings in London and signed for 7,480 sq ft space across two floors on Great Titchfield Street, an 8,395 sq ft floor on Tottenham Court Road and 9,051 sq ft of space across the ground, first and second floors at 300 St John Street.
