Bournemouth University's Executive Business School has taken the entire 45,000 sq ft space at soon to be completed Regent Place in Bournemouth.

The development by Ferndown based Ankers and Rawlings Developments will complete in September and comprises approximately 45,000 sq ft of Grade A space.

The school, which will move in next year, will be used for postgraduate education.

Professor Chris Brady, dean of the Business School, said: 'The Executive Business School will provide considerable benefits to the business community in Dorset, which will ripple out to others based nationally and internationally. The location of the building, situated near the Lansdowne Campus in the heart of Bournemouth’s commercial district, will become a focal point for the local business community.'

Agents Goadsby and Nettleship Sawyer advised the developer.
