BPF calls for urgent review of CVAs

The British Property Federation (BPF) has called on the government to conduct an urgent review of CVAs arguing that their miss-use “risks undermining the UK’s global reputation”.

The trade association said it was not against CVAs per se but that recent examples showed a lack of transparency and unfairly discriminated between different creditors.
