Bracknell Regeneration Trust, the joint venture between Allied London Properties and Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust which is aiming to redevelop Bracknell town centre, plans to set up an investment vehicle to deliver the 334,500 sq m (3.6m sq ft) scheme.
