Britain’s real estate industry remains pessimistic about its future prospects more than two years on from the Brexit vote, according to a new report by the global law firm CMS shared exclusively with Property Week.

In the Box Clever report 79% of the 350 senior investors, developers and advisers polled said uncertainty in British politics was having a negative impact on their businesses. This marks only a 2% fall from the same poll in 2017. A further 250 UK retail decision-makers were polled for CMS’ report.
