Bristows is set to be the first new tenant at the refurbished Unilever House, London EC4. The law firm is in talks to take up to 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) at the 250,000 sq ft (23,25 sq m) Unilever HQ. The quoting rent is £45/sq ft (£484.40/sq m). ...
