British Land shares a slice of the Irish action

In the 1970s British Land developed the Setanta Centre, in the 1980s the St Stephens Green shopping centre and in the early 1990s the International Financial Services Centre. Now it has acquired a 50% stake in Dunloe Ewart’s 150ha (365 acre) business park at Cherrywood, Loughlinstown, near Dublin.
