Canary Wharf Group and Historic England have lodged formal objections to British Land’s proposals for its 53-acre Canada Water scheme.
CWG’s objections centre around the planning application, which was submitted by British Land in May, underestimating the impact the scheme will have on the London Underground and public transport. Historic England are objecting based on the height of the scheme, which is set to feature 285 000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure space.
