British Land's NAV hit by double whammy

But this week British Land revealed a disappointing 5.6% rise in net asset value to 625p a share in the year to 31 March, compared with the 7.1% increase at Land Securities and 8% at Great Portland Estates (below), the two other major March year-enders.
