Britvic quenches thirst in Hemel

Britvic has placed 35,000 sq ft of offices under offer at Breakspear Park in Hemel Hempstead at £21.50/sq ft. The drinks manufacturer is relocating from Chelmsford. Among the other occupiers to have recently taken space there are BP in 9,000 sq ft and computer manufacturer Asus in 8,000 sq ft. ...
