Brixton revealed it has submitted plans for its development of the old Guinness Brewery site in Park Royal today.

Brixton, in its AGM statement, said it has submitted an application for a 537,000 sq ft scheme at the site that will be renamed Origin.

Brixton has committed to £140m of new acquisitions in its key areas of Heathrow, Park Royal and Manchester as well as a £100m development programme this year.

Tim Wheeler, chief executive of Brixton, said: ‘We now have 75% of our £2.1bn plus portfolio in Greater London – including Heathrow and Park Royal.’

Its other large development is its X2 scheme which has started onsite at Heathrow.
