Fund manager to snap up flagship Foyles bookstore and Leeds city centre scheme for a combined £115m.
It has bought the 37,000 sq ft store, at 107 Charing Cross Road, from the Foyle family for a price believed to be around £45m for its Brockton Capital Fund III.
It is thought that the Foyle family’s Noved Investment Holdings vehicle will plough the proceeds of the deal back into the bookstore business.
