Last week Brighton-based Brunswick Developments was given the go-ahead for revised plans for its £235m Brighton Marina scheme. The 40-storey tower was designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects and will feature 853 flats and 28,000 sq ft (2,601 sq m) of commercial space. It was approved subject to section 106 obligations.
