Bruntwood signs 80th occupier to bring Platform to 90% occupancy

Bruntwood has signed the 80th occupier to its co-working and accelerator space in Leeds, Platform, which is now 90% let or under offer seven months after opening.

Within the lettings, Bruntwood has secure record rents for the city, including national law firm, Shoosmiths, which signed a 10 year lease to take 9,720 sq ft in October 2016 and has now agreed to take an additional half-floor in the building.

The landmark building located above Leeds station officially launched in November 2017 and has leased space ranging from single hot desks to full floors to occupiers including Mercia Fund Managers, Altinet, Rradar, Zeal Media, Travelopia, Big Lottery Fund, Coptrz, Hudl, iDisrupted and Hebe Works.
