Bruntwood

Bruntwood has appointed Stephenson Bell as architect for its project on Fountain Street in Manchester city centre. The three-storey 1970s block will be replaced by 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) of grade A offices over 16 floors. Its estimated completion value is around £25.5m.
