A wealthy private investor has bought the 53-bedroom Buckerell Lodge Hotel in Exeter for £4.1m, reflecting a net initial yield of just below 7%. The hotel, which was sold by private hotel operator and investor Elmville, is let to new hotel group Folio Hotels. Elmville owns £50m of leisure property. ...
