Buckland becomes new managing director for CBRE asset services

CBRE has added a new member to its UK management board with the promotion of Emma Buckland to managing director of its UK asset services team.

Buckland, who joined CBRE in 2016 as chief operating officer of asset services, will report to UK managing director Ciaran Bird in her new role where she will lead the management of 5,000 properties and a rent roll of £3bn.
