Less than a third of the office space in the Burj Khalifa will be ready for tenants to move in by the time the world’s tallest tower opens to tenants in March.
The building has 52,490 square metres of offices, representing about 10% of its total floorspace, according to data from Emaar Properties, the developer behind the 828-metre-tall tower.
