Chelsea landowner Cadogan has appointed Steve Medway to the newly created role of place manager, with a remit to drive forward a placemaking strategy for the its 93-acre estate.
Medway joins Cadogan from the New West End Company (NWEC), where he has spent the last three years as managing director for the trading environment overseeing the management and promotion of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street.
