Café Nero has agreed to take a lease on a site on the Hammersmith roundabout in London.

The property, formerly O’Briens Sandwich bar, comprises three floors with a total space of 2,049 sq ft.

Café Nero’s lease lasts until November 2013 at a rent of £45,000 a year.

O’Briens were represented by Whitby-Smith and Caffè Nero were represented by twentyretail.
