Cambridge Place Property Services has been appointed to manage the €250m EB8 Fund.
The industrial portfolio comprises 36 warehouse and light industrial properties, including a small element of office space.
The properties are located throughout.Europe with 23 located in Germany, seven in Denmark, five in the Netherlands, and one in Finland.
The fund is owned by a number of institutional investors.
Cambridge Place real estate asset management activities are managed by Candace Valiunas, head of European real estate and Kenneth MacNaughton, who is chief financial officer.
Cambridge Place will be supported locally by the services of NAI Apollo Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield and North Asset Management in the respective regions.
