Pension fund clients of DTZ Investment Management have bought 60 Cannon Street in the City of London for £30.9m. The property is being sold by Orchard Street Investment Management at a net initial yield of 5.67%. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Orchard Street; DTZ acted for DTZ Investment Management.
