Capital & Counties has sold the King's Reach complex on London's South Bank to Simon Halabi's Buckingham Securities for £80m - a yield of 6.75%. IPC Magazines will vacate the 275,000 sq ft (25,548 sq m) property next year. King Sturge advised Capital & Counties.
