Capital Economics warns on slowing industrial rental growth

Capital Economics has warned that the upswing in industrial rental values “has started to fade”.

In a note this morning, Capital Economics chief economist Ed Stansfield said that rents rose by 1% in the three months to May, down from 1.5% six months earlier.
