Leo Noé’s Capreon has completed the acquisition of a pair of retail parks in Bristol and Fife from Hammerson for £164m.
The sales form part of retail property giant Hammerson’s secondary retail disposals strategy and mark Capreon’s first investment in retail parks since it was formed by the Noé Group’s investment business last year.
