The Carlyle Group has sold a portfolio of four Italian office buildings to Italian property fund manager BNL Fondi Immobiliari for E51.4m.

The properties, which total 558,888 sq ft, have been bought on behalf of investors in the ‘Immobiliare Dinamico’ fund and are located in Milan and Rome.

The batch of acquisitions brings the total number of properties in the Immobiliare Dinamico fund to 10. Cushman and Wakefield and AtisReal Italia advised Carlyle.

Carlyle has around $56bn (£28bn) of funds under management. It invests in buyouts, venture & growth capital, real estate and leveraged finance in Asia, Europe and North America and has invested around $26.4bn of equity in 601 separate transactions since 1987.
