Carphone Warehouse has exchanged to take 82,000 sq ft at the White Building in Notting Dale, West London.

As revealed by Property Week on 5th December Carphone Warehouse is taking the entire building which sits next-door to retailer Monsoon’s HQ, the Yellow Building.

The building will be Talk Talk’s new headquarters.The building is owned by Monsoon owner Peter Simon.

Pilcher Hershman is letting agent at the building and Briant Champion Long is advising Carphone Warhouse and declined to comment.
