Developer Cassidy Group is marketing £700m of forward-funding opportunities in the student accommodation and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors.
The company, which is headquartered near Coventry, is bringing forward 13 schemes in the regions.
It is seeking investment funds and operators to forward-purchase the properties, which comprise a total of 2,000 BTR apartments and more than 4,000 student beds.
