Catalyst buys €200m assets across Europe for 'evergreen' core plus fund

Catalyst has acquired €200m (£175m) of assets across Germany, France and Poland for its €1bn ‘evergreen’ Catalyst Core Plus European Property Fund.

The deals include the purchase of Pösna Park, a 613,5423 sq ft retail park with tenants including Kaufland and Sconto who have extended their leases until 2032 and 2028 respectively.
