Caterham revs up for 54,000 sq ft at Railpen’s Dartford X

Pension manager Railpen has signed Caterham Cars, the lightweight sports car maker, for 54,000 sq ft of space across three sites at its Dartford X industrial park in Dartford, Kent, on a 12-year lease.
