CBRE appointed Royal Albert Dock property manager

CBRE has been appointed by Royal Albert Dock Liverpool freeholder Gower Street Estates to provide property management services across the whole of historic dock which spans more than 1.25m sq ft.

The site, located on Liverpool’s UNESCO World Heritage waterfront comprises the largest collection of Grade 1 listed buildings in the country and includes offices, retail and leisure alongside major attractions such as Tate Liverpool, Merseyside Maritime Museum, International Slavery Museum and the Beatles Story.
