CBRE has been appointed by LKK Health Products Group to provide property management services at 20 Fenchurch Street, the iconic Rafael Vinoly designed building in the City of London, commonly known as the Walkie Talkie.

LKKHPG acquired the Walkie Talkie in August last year for £1.282bn in the biggest-ever single asset deal in UK history.

The building provides more than 700,000 sq ft of mixed-use space over 37 floors, with each floor offering panoramic views across the City. It is also home to the Sky Garden, a public space landscape garden which incorporates several destination bars and restaurants including the Darwin Brassiere.
