CBRE has hired Baytree Logistics Properties founder Jonathan Priestley as a new senior director for its UK industrial & logistics team.
During a 20-year career, Priestley has transacted on many of the UK’s largest distribution deals in the industrial logistics sector having held roles at Gazeley and Siemens before joining AXA IM - Real Assets to launch Baytree.
In 2015, Priestley teamed up with former Gazeley chief executive John Duggan and fellow Jonathan Fenton-Jones to form the specialist industrial and logistics platform of AXA IM where he acted as executive director. Since its launch, Baytree has secured more than 1.3m sq ft of prime UK logistics developments across three sites on behalf of AXA IM’s investor clients and formed the Logistics Development Club fund.
