CBRE GI secures industrial double from Hillwood

CBRE Global Investors has acquired two recently completed distribution centres in Germany in a portfolio forward purchase from US-based developer Hillwood.

The distribution centres form part of a wider portfolio acquired from the leading US investor controlled by Ross Perot Jr, son of former US presidential candidate Ross Perot Snr, back in 2016.
