CB Richard Ellis Investors has received planning permission from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council for its 35,000 sq ft office development One Bridge Avenue in Maidenhead town centre.

One Bridge Avenue is a former cinema site in the Town Centre which will now be redeveloped into a four-storey office building designed by Colman Architects.

As part of the S106 agreement, CBRE Investors will make a contribution around £400,000 to improve local leisure and open space facilities in the Maidenhead area.

Alison Tero, planning director at CB Richard Ellis which advised CBRE Investors, said: ‘We believe this will kick start the wider regeneration plans for Maidenhead town centre and satisfy a long-term need for modern office space in the town.’
