CB Richard Ellis has poached a star investment agent from Savills’ out-of-town retail warehouse team.
James Gulliford, who has been with Savills for 10 years, is to leave the company and join CB Richard Ellis’s out-of-town retail team as head of out-of-town investment. He will report to Bruce Nutman, executive director, head of retail investment at CBRE and will join within the next three months. Among Gulliford’s clients are British Land, Morley and Legal & General.
Jaime Dunster remains head of retail warehousing investment at Savills.
