CBRE says no deal Brexit is 40% likely

A no deal Brexit is 40% likely, according to CBRE’s 2019 UK Real Estate Market Outlook report.

While the real estate advisor claimed in its report that a deal between the UK and the EU is the most probable scenario, it maintained that 2019 will be a year marked by uncertainty and a turbulent political scene which will cause hesitation and delay in property markets. It also anticipated a benign but gradually weakening global economic environment, with notable risks around trade and sovereign debt.
