The Airedale Partnership, a regeneration initiative led by the private sector with the backing of Bradford Council and Yorkshire Forward, has appointed the consultancy as property advisors on the feasibility of future redevelopment of the former Keighley College campus.

BDP Architects, Engineers and Designers have been appointed lead consultant on the one-acre site which is located near to the Airedale shopping centre in Keighley town centre.

The focus will be on a large mixed-use scheme with retail and leisure uses to ‘increase the vitality of the town centre.’

The Keighley College campus is expected to be vacant by the summer of 2010 and the feasibility study is expected to be completed in June this year.
