CCLA completes on £36m Leeds office buy

Evans Property Group has completed the sale of One Park Row in Leeds city centre to investment manager CCLA for £35.6m, reflecting an initial yield of 4.43%.

CCLA’s acquisition of the 79,000 sq ft building let entirely to Pinsents LLP for the next 11 years marks one of the largest office transactions in Leeds this year.
