CdP boosts portfolio to £40m with double logistics acquisition

CDP Egham

Specialist real estate investor Compagnie du Parc has added to its portfolio of south east industrial and logistics sites with the acquisition of two sites in Barking and Egham covering more than 36,000 sq ft.

The newly acquired sites build on the Luxembourg-based investor’s existing portfolio in Croydon, Leatherhead, Erith and Romford and take the group’s investment inside the M25 to £40m and 282,000 sq ft over the past 12 months. Last May, CDP declared that it had raised £80m of capital for investment in UK warehouses and was targeting light industrial units within the M25 valued above £1m.
