Centre Point, London’s landmark 35-storey office block, has been put up for sale with a price tag of £85m. The Blackmoor Limited Partnership, comprising Apollo Real Estate Advisers, Europa Fund and Deutsche Bank, is marketing the 233,300 sq ft (21,675 sq m) grade II-listed building through Franc Warwick.
