Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT) has acquired two office properties in the Netherlands for €127.6m (£115.2m).
The acquisition of the two offices, located in Utrecht and Den Bosch, will increase CEREIT’s total portfolio value to close to €2bn managed through its integrated European investment asset management platform Cromwell Property Group.
