Chancellor unveils £3bn Affordable Homes scheme in the Spring Statement

Chancellor Phillip Hammond has announced a new £3bn Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme to support the delivery of around 30,000 new affordable homes.

The scheme will support up to £3bn of borrowing by housing associations.
