Chancerygate acquires land for 181,000 sq ft of development

Industrial developer Chancerygate has acquired more than seven acres of development land across sites in the South East and the South West.

The sites in Chertsey, Harlow and Cheltenham will be developed to create 181,000 sq ft of new warehouse and industrial space.
